Template Pack Will Not Install

I've just downloaded Template Pack but it will not install, it reports that it cannot find the location to install to and asks if I want to indicate it manually, whioch I have done 3 times with the same result?
Any help appreciated,

Hi Tom,
Seems that the installation folder of WSX5 V9 can't be found in the windows' register. Did you install it in different folder than the default one?
I have the same problem. Any suggestions?
I am also haveing the same problem. Is there anyone from this company going to answer?
Sorry, I also did a straight default install.
@Declan: I see you solved, becuase there's a license already registered for the Template Pack.
@Kevin: all you need to do is launch the setup file and be sure you select the correct folder. Normally the folder is C:\Program files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution.
We had other customers with the same problem and they solved becuase of the incorrect path the entered. Let me know.
Please also be sure to have that folder (C:\Program files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution) present on your PC.
Hi Steve, Thank you, I now have installed my template packs. The default install put X5 in C:\Program Files (x86).... I have re installed to c:\program files\... Everything is now ok. For now
