Is ther a email or live support offered to this program holders? I am having problems with the blog but cannot find the answers that I need anywhere. I have asked in Answers but keep getting the same list, mosf of it non in English. I really need to ask questions personally, not just read other peoples.

Hi Marta,
if you cannot find the answers, you can click on "Next" and create your post with your question, write title,tags, ecc.. and post it.

Thank you for your reply, but I thought that is what I was doing here, I did press next and it brought me here, but have not got a reply about how to contact the support team directly. Have you evern done that?

Ricardo, I must be totally dumb, because I find this support answers and posting the most useless and disturbing ever!
I keep choosing either 'question' of 'problem', typing the question or problem on the box on the right, then press Continue, and nothing happens! how on earth do I post and set it to private mode? to be quite honest, for this first question I entered so many places that I don't even remember now how I did it.
but when I try Open a new post here, I go back to the same window at the start, with the answers, and then I get stuck there.
Sorry, I'm rambling, but now I understand why I read so many complaints about support on this site, it's totally frustrating.
Hi Marta,
click on "problem" than write your answers in the white textbox, than click on "Continue". In the pagethat opens write title,message,tags and set "private post" than click on "Send".
