Upgrading to v9 - Error 322  en

Hi all, i have downloaded upgrade v9 and when i open it, i have to put code in which i have via e-mail but keeps coming up with error 322 can anyone help?

Just use the same e-mail adress of the Evolution 8 registration, and the installation of Evolution 9 will start.

Hi Daniel thanks for advice tried that it is on my desktop, then when i click it, it says evolution activation asks for key which i had e-mailed and e-mail address but each time says this is an upgrade code and error 322

Hi

I have the same problem and have tried typing in my email address I used to purchase v8, but I still get the error code. I have changed my email address since then and have tried using my new email address. I still cannot activate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

 I have finally managed to activate my code by changing my email address in my X5 account back to the email address I used when I purchased v8. It seems to be a very strange system you have, when you cannot update to a new email address without causing conflicts like this.

The problem is that I still do not receive any email to vaildate my email address ***. It is not in any spam filter. I just have not gotten any email. I find this very strange and irritating sad to say.

When I purchased Ver 7 and ver 8 I purchased both of  them from Amazon, these came on Disc, Question is are you going to make Ver 9 available on Disc,?

I have not had a reply to this question, will Ver 9 be avalable on disc?

You have to upgrade it with the same e-mail that you used to install SMART 9, I checked and was not ***, can you tell me the e-mail you used?

I checked your e-mail and found that the product key of the Smart 9 is refunded, so it is not more available for you, you cannot buy an upgrade with a refunded version.

To get your working Evolution 9, you have to ask for a new refund for the upgrade that you bought and then buy the complete version.

I wonder why I am not getting any response from anywhere with regard to the error 322 and now, that the download time is up, I get error 302. I have the product code, I can enter that, then I use the correct email and I get the message. I need this, because I cannot work without putting this in. I paid for my version 9, up-date from 8 and deserve the help to get it to work. Thank you.

Hi Andrey, the problem is that you bought Evolution 9 as upgrade from Evolution 8, but you don't have a license for version 8, therefore you cannot install. 

Please ask for a refund (I can do that too) for the upgrade and buy the full version. Let me know.

I am also trying to activate my v9 upgrade from v8 !! My email address has not been changed, at activation my password (16 digits) that I also use here is'nt accepted - seems that password should have only 12 digits. My purchase ref. 27579679. HELP
