Hello Ross P. (and other interested)
As you use a PDF to let users specify information to an order-item, it would be easier for the customer if he could fill in the information directly in the PDF than to have to print the form and then scan and then send.
You could make the PDF as a form using the FlexiPDF sold via INCOMEDIA.
You could also use the original Adobe - but that is a bit more expensive.
You could suggest it to your client. If the client think it will be worth the extra cost, then you could see if INCOMEDIA will make you a good offer. for the FlexiPDF.
It is just a suggestion - most clients wants to make life easier for their customers.

I make this post because Ross did what is correct. He marked the post as solved.
Unfortunately it is then only moderators, INCOMEDIA and Ross, that can make comments to the post.
And so it has to be - This extra post is only made to inform about what I think could be useful concerning the PDF form.
A real PDF form will be easier for a customer to handle.
Thank you John
Yes I have that FlexiPDF Pro software, must change that particular PDF to it to enable the purchaser to then be able to complete the form as you mentioned.
Kind regards
Ross

Hello Ross
OK - good you have the software already. Then you just have to add "fields" to the PDF.
It will then still be a PDF and can act as a "normal" PDF. Only thing is, that it will be possible to "write" on the form. I just suggested it, because I think it will be easier for the customers that way.
