Forms not sending

A form which has worked perfectly well for years is suddenly not sending. I've checked the settings against a form on another website which I know is working (screenshot attached), and I've changed the PHP to 7.4 as this solved a previous problem I had, but still the form is not sending.

Hello.
Check your Spam folder.
The website domain address and the mail domain address do not match. It is better to use mail with a domain address.

That's worked, thank you. Yes, the problem did start after the update.
Should I change the PHP back to 8 now?
I've got the same problem.
On the website tester everything works just fine, but the form on our website does not.
I tried my old version ( Pro12) and no problems at all.
Tried PHP 7.4 trough 8.1
All the settings, PHP, SMTP. etc.

Mine is working fine now. I set up a new email addy on the host server, and put that into the upload parameters, and then set a forwarder on my host site to get the form to where I want it to go.
