Incomedia WebsiteX5 Upgrade Policy - Needs To Be Reviewed!
Author: PJ D.This message is directed at the management of Incomedia.
I am referring to the following post:
http://answers.websitex5.com/post/102160
Which I have commented on twice, however mysteriously it remains somewhat buried deep in the recent posts rather than being draftet to the top of the list.
I have to date purchased:
WebSite X5 Evolution 9
WebSite X5 Evolution 10
and
I recently purchased Incomedia Profess10al after being very satisfied with the evolut10n versions.
I do however think that the approach and stance of Incomedia with regards to its update policy is not correct!
This must be one of the only softwares that does not offer free upgrades on their software after the succesful purchase and acquisition.
I could have so well cancelled my purchase of Profess10nal (under the 30 day money back garantie), however it is a long winded way and a pain to go through the process, when I really want to keep the software.
This policy should and needs to be reviewed urgently, and I would propose that there should be a time frame window, where a purchaser gets the option to upgrade free of charge should a new version be relased.
Thanking you in advance!
PJ D

If you wish to request a refund I can give you the email you can send your request to and it will not take long to receive it.
Thank you,

This is not an issue for now it is a future matter too!
There are a lot of disgruntled people here and it is a fact that the current policy is out of order.
I am very grateful that you are offering my money back despite my purchase exceeding 30 days!
As explained, I like so many others like the program and I wish to continue using it, however INCOMEDIA need to address this issue with regards to their update policy!
