Can't download free object

I tried to download a free object with 0 credit.
When I click on FREE I get the following error message:
This resource is not available for your user licences
Go to the My credits page for information on credits and how to buy them.

There could be something wrong in the item, can you make a screenshot of the Item so Incomedia can check this ?

Hello Samantha,
I go to the Objects page. In the bottom right corner of the objects that I wanted to download now the text is PURCHASED. I clik on it, a new page appears with the selected object and in the top right corner the button is PURCHASED and not clickable. I can't download.
If I choose another free object the new page opens, I click on FREE and the following text appears:
Thank you for your purchase!
The list of your orders is on page My credits.
I go to my credits page but there is nothing about the objects, only Balance, Credits purchased...
So I still can't download any free objects.
The object itself can be found in the object page, see that the pulldown menu is set to all on the top right.
There you should find it.

The only thing that I forgot is that I must manage my objects in the application and not on the web site...
