Email form sends email subject but not message.

I have two websites. In one, the email form on the site sends the email correctly, including the subject and the body of the message. In the other, the form sends the email with the subject but NO message is included.
I looked at the email settings for each site and made them EXACTLY the same, but still with the same result. Can anybody help?

I did some more reading in the forum and found ONE thing that was different about the two site settings.
I was using low level settings on the one that works, and recommended settings on the one that didn't work......
A quick change and it's now working on both! I will now be able to set my own post as solved :)
