I have been away from the forum for sometime, however pleased to see that incomedia have acted in the interests of their long term customers by integrating responsive websites into their portfolio of software products.
I would be interested to hear the thoughts and feedback of the users here regarding responsive website design, its functionality and if they are happy with the upgrade?

Very, very raw product. It have to be improved very much. Personally me I faced some issues after importing my project from 11th pro version. Not enough possibilities for customizing of header, footer and many others issues.
PJD, V12 is much more than an upgrade. This was a major rewrite of the program. Take a look at "Whats New" and the Product Comparsion Chart (expanded) on the home page. Also watch the new videos. Overall this is a great new program.
As with any new program there are some bugs and fixes needed. We're also lucky to import projects in from 10 and 11, but adjustments are needed. (They said you would be able to import your project. They didn't say it would be perfect or no fixes would be needed.) Nothing new here, other programs that have changed to HTML5 and or responsive have had problems importing old versions.

Reference: Page section options
When you have chosen the menu type you have to select the Page
section that you w ant to w ork on. Pages are divided into the following
sections:
Page Background: this is the area surrounding the page. It's on
view w hen the browser's window has a higher resolution than
that set for the actual w ebsite.
Header Background: this is the part of the Page Background
which is behind the Header.
Header: the header is at the top of the page. It normally contains
mostly graphic elements, and is the ideal place for the website's
title and subtitle, a company logo, search fields, service menus with
links to such elements as the website's map and the website
language choice.
Menu: this is w here the fixed navigation menu appears. This menu
displays the first-level choices available, which appear in exactly
the same w ay on every page of the website. This section will be
either at the top, bottom, left or right of the page, depending on the
menu type you have previously chosen.
Page Contents: this section contains the actual page content and
any submenus, if you have them.
Footer: this section is at the bottom of the page and, like the
header, is mainly graphic. It visually closes the page. It is often
used for placing notes, disclaimers, copyright indications, VAT
numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.

I love this program, It's a Huge improvement on the right direction, I wish there was an option to add the parallax effect or to add an animation on as a cell background.
responsiveness works well so far, much needed, mobile and tablet bounce rate way down due to this, serious issue with the main menu buttons tho, developers looking into it, happy overall
Please elaborate on the serious issues with the main menu buttons in detail please?
