Can't find/open Cefsharp.Core.dll driver

Since this morning I cannot run WebsiteX5 v.12 Evolution on my laptop. Till yesterday I had no problems at all. I am running the latest Version of WebsiteX5 v.12 Evolution on my Windows 10 laptop ( including latest biggest update). The strange thing is on my desktop pc with the same version of WebsiteX5 v.12 and Windows 10 everything works fine.

The error message I get = Programm cannot find/load Cefsharp.Core.dll ( see the attachmentfile). I have allready deleted WebsiteX5 and re-installed it, but the message/error still appear. After the message, programm closses.

Thank you for your suggestions Aleksey. After further research*, I found that the immediate solution appears to be to reinstall/repair the Visual C Redistributable Package 2012 update 4, following which X5 then opens normally. I note that CefSharp.Core.dll was present at all times, contrary to the error message.

In het Nederlands:

Klik op start Programma's Onderdelen Toevoegen/Verwijderen:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x64) en op Repareren.

Dit was voor mij de oplossing.
