I just upgraded from v10 pro to v12 pro.

Again, it is noted how templates are a big fat mess with upgrading.

Notice how I have been around since 2011 on version 8 I think.

Anyways, that rant aside. I see now that the email form has formatting issues.

I cannot get two INPUT boxes to line up with the others.The ? and the Date Selector icon at the end (RHS) of the block seems to cause the block to shift by the size of the icon to the left, so they are out of alignment.
