Hello

I am using Windows 10 and x5 version 12.

I receive the following message upon opening program (attachment):

Any help would be much appreciated.

Question: How do I deinstall Visual C ++ Redistributable Packages and install appropriate one?

I am not familiar with programs etc. so a step by step instruction wouls be great, where to find these files etc.

Hello Michael, several posts about problems with win 10 the last couple of months. Check back through and see what may apply for you.  Also the Incomedia staff is taking holiday breaks.(See Notice) https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/post/136708 Including the normal weekend break.

("I am not familiar with programs etc. so a step by step instruction wouls be great, where to find these files etc.")  It may be time to do so for there is always going to be problems with new programs and OS's.

Uninstalling a program is usually done in the control panel under programs and features. UNLESS in the start menu there is an uninstall feature within the program itself.

Best Regards - Donald

Michael, check the links provided by Donald as they hopefully hold the answers, but before you do, run cmd as administrator (type cmd into search box, right click on it and run as administrator)

Then at the command prompt type in sfc /scannow

Under some circumstances this can fix many issues after Win10 upgrades.
