Can't preview, edit, or upload my project

I cant preview my project (loading) I cant edit my project (blank pages). I cant upload my project (stops at 100% when trying to create files for uploading). And a fresh install didnt solve my problem.

When trying to close x5, it stops also when trying to create project files.. So i have to close x5 using windows task manager
