Connection timed out

Connection Error
I am having problems uploading my website with x5. It gets a connection error every time now. Last night i contacted my internet provider, there was no problems there, and he told me to re-start my computer, to see if that solved the problem, and it did. But today, the problem is back, and it doesnt help to restart.
My recent changes, is that I re-installed windows on my computer, and took a back-up of my project. I used the project file, when getting back to my website, and the 2 first days, there was no problems.
I have tried the "Unable to upload to the server" -Guide, with no luck. This is kinda urgent, so I hope you can help me out here.

I also get this: an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host ----->System.Net.Sockets.SocketExpetion

I tried to create a test-project, to see if an empty website would get connection. Still the sampe message, so I will try re-installing website x5.

Is the FTP Data correct? What did you enter in the "Destination folder:" field?
If you leave it blank does it connects then?
Which windows Version are you using?

Yes the FTP Data is correct, and yes i have tried to leave it blank, and to connect to other folders on my servers. I am running on Windows 10

I hope someone can help me with this, but in the meantime..If I upload my website with FileZila, will this work fine ? Because there's no problem connecting with other FTP programs

I may have found the solution for now, not sure if that was it - but as for now, things are back up.. I have PIA installed on my PC (Privat Internet Acess), i turned of the software, and I was able to upload.. So as for now, things are fixed, but I will follow this up, if the problem continues.
