Saving project updating files takes forever!

Whenever I started creating my website from step 1 -customizing y own template it always crash I get a message that it is not responding. Then it will appear that it is "saving project and updating file" but it never end!
I cannot finish my site Im so so sad now.

usually that happens when you've defined a grid of many rows and columns, and cells are leaving many without content.
You should try to minimize the number of cells and columns to use, and if they should leave blank spaces, add in these spaces the html object (without content).
