I have received the payment receipts from cleverbridge (2 items) and Paypal payment confirmation but not the V13 download link. V13 does not appear against my licence information. Is there a problem?

Just found out that I need to paste the new licence key into the licence information. This is not clear in the Cleverbridge information

To download your software please visit the following link and log in with the email address which you used to purchase v13:
https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Your v13 licence details will appear on your profile the first time you install and activate the software.
