Problem with e-mail form_ I dont receive the attachments

I created e-mail form, with option to add attcahments.
i receive the form by e-mail, but not the attachments.
I checked the boxes to include the collected data.
What else I have to do?

I suppose to have answer from the support center up to 24 hour after my post ? Or I am wrong?

thank you for your message and for your patience.
Please check if the attachment is a supported file and do the mail test on your control panel (www.yourwebsite.com/admin) and verify that everything is "pass", also please try with other scirpts.
