Unable to Add new file items in HTML CODE OBJECT

I have used the 'WOW slider' many times incorporating it into X5 using the HTML CODE OBJECT. I have recently added a new image into the slider gallery (via the Expert Tab) but cannot preview or save the additional image into the existing structure without getting an error message. See attached image.
I have tried creating a new HTML object but still get the same error when previewing or saving the project. I have used this in X5 many times and added additional images without problems before. This is using a basic function of the HTML Object and not anything to do with the Wow Slider.
Using X5 Vers13.1.2.10 on Windows 10 64 bit latest version (Creators)

One of the files you are trying to add has the same name of a file you added on another HTML code object?

This project was based on V12Pro and went through the conversion process to V13 Pro. I have not found any duplication of files anywhere in the project.
I am currently copying each page to a new project, the page affected will be recreated by copying each object on the page but excluding the HTML one which I will recreate as a new item. There is only one HTML object in the project and no file duplications in it. I will also renter the Stage 2 Customisation details.
I suspect some corruption in the project during conversion as this is not the first conversion problem that I have had with V12 to V13 conversions.

Hi Claudio, I have finally got it working but can't trust the addition of additional items to the slider in the future. Along the way I also had the same problem with a new HTML object even when it was the only object in a new project, have not discovered why it happened. I will keep my eyes on this. I have however lost the 'Special Pages' / 'General Site Map' level in the Map (Stage 3) but will report that seperately.

The developers worked on this issue and it will no longer happen. With a previous project it is necessary to rename the files but with projects started with the latest update it is solved.
