I recently purchases Incomedia Website X5 version 14. This has an applaling lack of help files and what there are seems to be for an earlier version. To get help I am referred to a Forum wwhich has the majorty of posts in various languages. This is the pooresr software that I have ever purchased and I would like to know how to get a refund.

You can get a refund here.

But in X5 there is a good help file (press F1 anywhere)

And here you can ask always questions or look for questions already answered for questions.

It's a pitty, I think it is very nice software.....

The help files are rubbish. For example I an find no help on reducing the height of objects such a Text boxes or how to format Headings, which I believe are essential for SEO

The height is automaticly set.
