How to fix a Parallax Issue for Microsoft browsers 
Author: Chris F.I created a new site and no matter what I do, the parallax is not a smooth scroll in either Microsoft browser. To show what I am talking about, I made a 1 minute video recording my screens showing 4 different browsers.
The first browser shown is the "Live View" inside Website x5 Professional 14.
The second is Chrome
Third is Microsoft Edge
And fourth is Internet Explorer which is the worst. It also makes the top of the page jump which I also show.

I created my website in Website x5 Professional 13, and it does not have the same problem using Parallax effects. I need to update my site with a few things but am afraid to change it inside of W5Pro14 for fear it will mess up my parallax like this new site. The new site was created entirely in version 14. I need to know how to fix this new site before I attempt any other sites in 14.

Ignoring IE, I have no issues on a couple of sites with parallax images and slideshows (& one with a movie), but I did find that if I used high res images the problems did occur, I opened the images in a suitable paint package and dropped the width to about 800px, even on a 1200px display they looked fine and the flickering ceased - maybe I just got lucky.
I just realized this, since when exactly this happens?
I hope we can get a fix ASAP
