Changing Fields for Comments and Ratings Object

I am using a Comments and Ratings object to capture and post user input to the website and at some point managed to configure four fields: Name, Email, Website adn Message. However, I am unable to determine how to modify the fields after reading tutorials, watching video's, attempting different options and just need some assistance how to modify the fields to: Name, Email, State, Location (free text) and Message?

Hello Dave,
it is unfortunately not possible to directly modify the fields for the Comments and Ratings Object. Still, by changing the label in the Language Management Window you can substitute one the field name with the one you prefer instead.

Thanks Elisa, really appreciate the assistance and enabled me to change one of the field names as well as other references to VAT to GST. However, there must be another way to set the fields, names and mandatory / non-mandatory for the Comments and Ratings Object as pretty sure I did not use this capability in the first instance - if not so be it?
I also noticed that if I created a second Comments and Ratings object on the same page with a new database table name it took on the same attributes, configuration...etc. as the first, thus perhaps preventing its use for multiple options within the website - is this correct it can only be used the once or must have the same configuration?

Hi Dave,
unfortunately, it is not possible to change those fields in another way, I am sorry. I kindly suggest you to create an Idea post to suggest this feature.
When you change a reference in the Language Management Window, the changes are applied to all the places where the label appears. Because of that, if you use another Comments and Ratings Object, it will be affected from the changes done in the Language Management Window as well.
