Unable to download template, error

Since several weeks I am no longer able to download free templates in X5 Pro 15. I get the error message below:

Hi Alfred,

thank you for your message.

Please close the program, then go to C: \ Users \ YourUserName \ AppData \ Local \ Incomedia \ WebSite X5 v15- Professional and delete the "Templates" folder.

Then, enter the Libraries folder. Here, you will find a file called "templates.xml", please deletes this file, too. After that you can start the program and try again.
