Your SEO & GDPR Update New version 16 will not load onto my computor

The first screen I grt is the language question

I indicate English

The it shows an X saying I need windows 7 sp1

and its does

my opperation system is windows 7 sp1

Please advise

Jay, you may need to re-check your Win 7 SP1 install (perhaps try reload it?).

I just loaded WX5 v16.0.3 into a virtual PC running Win7 SP1 and it worked fine.

I thought WX5 v15 also required SP1 - did v15 load on the same PC?

Yes

All versions 12, 13, 14 and 15 have loaded with no issues

My OS is absolutely is windows 7 SP1

I managed to get it loaded on safe mode

All is good
