Cannot install demo version : Error 321

I downloaded the trial version of WSX5 Pro. From my personal space I do see a "WebSite X5 Professional Demo" licence key in the "Version 0" section, but when I start installing the software, I have an Activation Error 321 : "Attention: the licence keyentered does not correspond to the product you have purchased".

What can I do ? Thanks.

Update : After waiting a couple of hours, the demo licence is not in the "Version 0" section anymore, but transferred to the "Version 16" one.
Activation error message is now different : "Activation error: 500" with a warning icon only (no description).
