Missing links on my frontpage

Good day,
I have updated my Homepage from Vers 9 to Vers 17.
The frontpage I have kept almost unchanged. You can see online www.lyngtoften.dk
On the front page is 3 Flags : Danish, UK and German. When uploaded with Vers 9 I was able to activate the different homepages just cliking on the flags.
In Vers 17 I do still have the links (see attachment) but they are all inactive an dit is not possible to shift between the pages.
Hope for some good ideas .-)

The settings in the header cover the images of the country flags, the links are available but not accessible by the superposition of the header!

Check and compare template settings and content for template for header in your project. Especially for overlays!
If you activate responsive for mobile, testing for each break point necessary!
