Update to 17.1.1 Pro 64 bit

I am trying to update Professsional 17.0.12 to 17.1.1
I get the message "installing updated files" but then I get
"It was not possible to install the files on your computer.
Please verify that all progams are closed and restart the update."
They are closed and I get the same result.
Grateful for thoughts.

Sometimes it's better to download full version from the helpdesk here, top right next to your name pulld own -> download. And install that one.
This should do the update.

Thanks both. The update has worked fine today. Maybe the reboot for the windows update helped. Who knows?
