I created a new website to replace my old one and when I uploaded over the old I ended up getting a:

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I was going over an old website created by website X5Pro 11. When I uploaded my new website created by X5Pro 13 over the old website its topped working all together?  I'm using Godaddy as a web host and that is done with Cpanel. Don't know whats wrong?
