This error happened with the PayPal payment?
Bebe, could you check the version of php on your host (when php is not at least 7.1 a number of issues become evident)?

I set PHP version 7.4 but my website still doesn't work properly for online sales
Bebe, I have requested Incomedia assistance, but in the interim could you do a full upload (not new and changed) after ctrl+preview and advise here if this resolves the problem.
Please provide a link to your site.

Yes, I see the error - I too await the solution
In the meantime (whilst we wait for Incomedia) if you ask your webhost to suppress the display of PHP 'notices' on the server then the shopping cart should function as normal.
Ask them to log any such notices instead of sending them to the screen.
The warning message is a non-fatal one which will not halt script execution if error display is switched off.

Thanks for the info. I'm waiting for the bug fixes.
Hello Bebe
I can confirm that the issue can be easily solved by asking the hosting provider to suppress the PHP warnings. Please do so and the website will start working again as the developers take care of the issue at the base
Thank you
