hello every one plz tell me where are you wrong  same database setting in cpanal and same setting website x5 database and some page or locked click locked pages then error is show No database support detected

Can you confirm that you have PHP (at least a minimum of version 7.1) installed on your web server?

In that case can you take a look at this thread and see if it helps you?

The solution worked for the user in question (clear cache on server and in browser).

The database settings do look OK, assuming the password, etc. is correct, of course.

What version of MySQL is on your server?  It needs to be 5.7 or above.

Unfortunately you need a minimum of MySQL 5.7, so you would need to start by upgrading that section of your server.  Your webhost might be able to help you.

MariaDB is not 'officially' supported.  You may be able to get it to work (I think a few people have), but Incomedia specify MySQL, and you will almost certainly find that MariaDB requires more configuration.

Also, you need to ensure that your server PHP supports MySQLi extensions...  again your webhost should be able to help you configure this if necessary.
