My Websitex5 license expires in 7 days!

Dear Sirs,
I renewed and paid for my Websitex5 license on the 5th of October and I have the invoice from 2Checkout.
Today I got a message that I need to renew my license again! I thought that the license was going to be renewed automatically after I paid for it.
I tried to activate my license by entering the license extension key I received from 2checkout and I get an error message that the key does not exist as you can see from the attached file!
The system now prompts me that I have 7 days before my license expires!!!
Can anyone help me?

There is currently a problem with the self-registration of the extension. It has to be done manually by an admin for you. There will surely be an admin in touch today!
