Ruth, there appears to be some form of corruption in your project, does the issue occur on pages other than welcome.html? Was the project created in an earlier version and updated into v2021.4?

If little or no work has been done on the current version I would open the project in the last version it worked on (you did allow a backup at time of conversion?), go to step 5, export project to create an iwzip then open v2021.4.5 and import the iwzip.

If you cannot open the project in the older version, try the same steps in the latest version. Open the project, export project then restart WX5 and import from the iwzip. Sometimes this can rectify minor issues.

You obviously should see this screen when you select properties.

Hi, Thanks for both replies, I've completed a lot of work on the site so hoping to not have to go to back up. I've tried the re-install program etc as admin but still having the same issue. Are there any possibilties before I go to previous back up? Thanks

Ruth, just in case it helps others could you clarify? Did you fix the project by creating an iwzip and then import it or was it necessary to restore from an earlier version of the project?

please create an iwzip regularly (exclude backups and preview), the built in backup does not offer reliable protection.
