which email address do you use? it is better if you use an email address from the domain. Caution: here in the forum email addresses are hidden, if you want to enter one of our information here you have to write it with (at) instead of @.

Did the emails ever work in your hosting space? Or is this the first time you're trying to send them?

If you go to Step 5 -> Export the website online -> Parameters -> Email can you attach a screenshot of what you see here?

If you still have problems, change the script for mailing, x5 has a few build in, you can test these in your admin account. (/admin behind your website). Login is in x5 step 1 advanced TAB -> acces management.

change or test email scripts in x5 if you found one that works good; step 1 settings -> TAB advanced -> data management.

Are you running the website localy? Because then the mailing wil not work, it needs the php software that is provided by your webhost when the website is online.

In that case upload and try again by using it from internet.

Yes, WebSite X5 should work fine on most hosting so it shouldn't be a problem

However, since the emails keep on presenting the issue, I would like to ask you to try and contact your hosting provider instead

Try and contact their support and ask them to check the emailing server's log. It should say why the emails aren't working and I can't check them for you unfortunately

Try and get in touch with your hosting provider for this and keep me posted here after
