If I enter the name "červená" in the search, my product will be found.
If I enter a word without "cervena" accents, the product will not found.
Is it a program error? or it can be set somewhere.

Hello. I tried searching for "Canon PIXMA TS3352 EUR, červená" and "Canon PIXMA TS3352 EUR". But I found products in two cases. What exactly is wrong?

Well try now to write "cervena" without accents
He won't find anything
A mio parere è il comportamento corretto.
Le lettere NON corrispondono ... quindi non ti mostra il risultato
C e Č , sono due lettere diverse... con due Unicode diversi
comunque attendi lo STAFF...

And that's why you should fix it, it should search correctly without accents

My customer, to whom I sold WebSite X5, has this problem.
That's why I wrote you to fix it.
My customer's page:
Nákupný košík: Vyhľadávanie - SMIPE - kovové kartotéky stoly lavice - výhodný nákup
Hello Ladislav
As Claudio mentioned, I don't think this is a bug and I also do not believe a fix to be possible. The functionality will search for those characters exactly. If the character is another and without an accent, it isn't the same character.
In order to get this to work the way you would expect it to, I can only advise telling your customer not to name the products using accents. Tell him to write all product names without accents. That way, the search will work as expected

It works in WordPress and Joomla. Check image.
Hello Ladislav
I apologize if my answer wasn't clear. Of course, this can be done code-wise. What I meant to say is that WebSiteX5 search functionality will not operate this way by design.
If this is okay with you, I will inform the developers of this so that the matter remains highlighted for future improvements.
