Web hosting and email no working?

Hello. My website hasn't worked for quite some time, nor does webmail. I have access to my portal without problems and everything seems to be in order. When I did it and published it for the first time, everything worked. Then for some reason everything stopped working. I've posted it several times but nothing. Please any help would be appreciated.

The web hosting provider may have changed the FTP and email settings for security reasons.

the domain tgtelecomm.net has been suspended because you did not complete its verification process.
You should have received an e-mail at sales @ tgtelecomm.com (so an address related to the pre-existing domain) about this.
