Cannot access locked page  en

I am using Website X5 Evolution 9

Website:http://www.nomorehrproblems.com/

I created a page and in step 2 (sitemap creation) I made it a LOCKED PAGE.

The pages address online is listed as:

http://www.nomorehrproblems.com/imlogin.php

On the menu it is found by looking at

JOIN OUR TEAM
SALES TRAINING

On step 4, Advanced Settings, Access Management, I made a folder called Brokers, and listed a test name: janice with password horse, and listed the ENTRANCE PAGE as SALES TRAINING.

I uploaded it to the ISP and ran a test. When I go to this page, and put in the user name and password, it keeps going to this same screen, again asking for the user name and password.

I then tried something else. I CHANGED the ENTRANCE PAGE to another page, and tried it. IT WORKED- after inputting the user name and password, it took me to that page!

So what do I do now? I would like to have THIS PAGE (sales training) be the TARGET PAGE IT GOES TO. Do you suggest something else?

NOTE: In my ISP, this website is a secondary website, and is located in the following directory:

/public_html/nomorehrproblems

Is this a problem? or a factor?

The reason it is working is that I made a work-around change. But I do not think this is how it is supposed to work.  I made the following changes:

In Step 2, I made the LOCKED page VISABLE, and called it SALES-TRAINING. You can see this page in the menu, and click on it. I then created a HIDDEN PAGE, called TRAINING but did NOT LOCK IT.

In Step 4, Advanced Settings, Access Management, I made a test USER, Entrance Page is set for TRAINING, which is the HIDDEN but NOT LOCKED PAGE.

Apparently it works. But I don't like the fact that even though it is HIDDEN- IT IS NOT A LOCKED PAGE, so anyone can view this page (if they find it via a google search, etc).

The problem seems to be that I cannot set the LOCKED PAGE as the ENTRANCE PAGE. I would like just ot have the ONE PAGE- NOT HIDDEN, but YES LOCKED, and allow someone who has a username and password to access that page.

Suggestions?

SOLVED the problem.

I was reading page 154 of the manual, and it says:

In order that the Members Area works correctly, it is important the host Server supports PHP and sessions. You can obtain this information on the Server diagnostics in the WebSite Test section of the online Control Panel.

I called my ISP and they said I did have the PHP turned on, but the SESSIONS was NOT turned on. They "turned it on" and now everything works fine.

SOLVED....
