Email Form - Confirmation email to the user

When I set the 'Confirmation email to the user' section of the email form to active, I receive an error stating I must fill in the mandatory data i.e. user email address. However, the user email drop down box is empty and so I cannot proceed to save the settings. See attached.

Hello,
You need to add in the Tab "list" an E-Mail Adress field where you add a label and then you will find in the Send tab option this label. It is necessary to add an E-Mail Adress field to be filled otherwise the program doesn't know where to send the confirmation e-mail.

Thought I had chosen an email field in the list. My mistake.
