Cannot Update - Cannot Install Template Packs!  en

I cannot update my ver. 9 X5. I keep getting an error#406 stating it is impossible to install the files on your computer. Please verify that all programs are closed and restart the update. There are no open programs and I have restarted the bleeding update several times already to no avail! Also, I cannot install the PAID FOR template packs 901 & 902. It keeps saying that it cannot find the directory and I have tried to install it everywhere and anywhere where the software resides on my hard drive! Please help.

Hello Gabriel,

Try to use the rightclick on the installer and then choose to "Run as administrator". Verify also  that the antivirus is not blocking the program.
