Hi;
An error occurred while exporting the file. I attached the picture of error.
Meanwhile, my website x5 is already updated to latest version (versoin: 10.0.8.35)
What's the problem?

Hello Reza,
Did you try to export again to see if the issue happens again?
It could also be a temporary connection issue during the export.
Have you also tried to activate/deactivate the passive FTP to see if the same happens again?

I tried to exoprt sveral times but all files were exported except versions.xml, even after active/deactive the passive FTP.

It seems strange that only this file is not uploaded and all the others can be uploaded.
Please try to go to step 5 and connect. Once done find the online file versions.xml and select it and use the Red X on the upper tool bar and delete it and then try to export the project again and let me know if then the file can be uploaded.
If it works, then it has to do with the file permissions on the hosting server.

Many thanks for your answer.
I find the online file versions.xml in two folders (httpdocs/image and httpdocs/gallery) and removed them. Then, I tried to export the project. All files were exported whithout error.
I thinks the problem was solved.
