What do I do to solve this problem?
I know you posted an update to the program. How do I check to make sure the two websites were updated for this program update? Could that be a problem?

Samuel,
Did you refresh the internetpage whit CTRL-F5 when visited?
It could be that the site was loaded from memory from pc, then you will not see the chenges. Using CTRL-F5 reloads the latest info from internet site.
Hope this helps,

I am not sure what happened, but it seems to be OK for now. Today is Monday, and I was having problems on Friday. No idea what changed, but for now I seem to be OK. I will keep you posted if any further problems. Thanks,

Update. I just updated my personal website footer, at
www.avodashashem.com
and it too is NOT updating. I tried REFRESHING. No result.
I tried your suggestion of CTRL-F5 and it tried doing some wierd thing like opening a file, so that did not work. I tried it with both IE and Chrome. No luck.
Something wrong.

By the way, I had updated the footer on this personal website
http://www.avodashashem.com/
To include a link as a second line on the footer, to direct to my business website at www.NoMoreHRproblems.com
So if you don't see this link (which I don't see) this is the problem- it is not updating the footer.

Now I waited about an hour or so, and went back to the website online, and the footer IS working correctly (has been updated).
But now I wonder why it takes so long for the update to be applied?
Suggestions?
Hello Samuel,
In the most cases it depends on the local cache like Andre explained and with CTRL + F5 tihs cache is updated. It could also be your hosting is using a caching system which takes longer to be updated.
The program exports immediatly all the content.
Many thanks!

You were correct. I called the ISP (IPowerWeb) and it turned out that they have recently introduced a change to the CACHING procedures, whereas previously it updated immediately, now they had it set to ONE HOUR delay. I was able to change it to a 15 minute cache, but either way, this means that I will not be able to immediately see changes online, but will need to check them out 15 minutes later.
Thanks for the help.
