Why do two of my posts get closed when the questions I raised haven't been resolved?
I have a couple of posts on here about problems I have with PDFs when transferring from v12 to v13.
Thes have been marked as solved when I haven't had the problem solved.
Grateful to know why. Is it just the administration hoping I will ahve forgotten and gone away?

A post is closed only when it is marked as ''correct'', did you do this perhaps?
