Shopping Checkout buynow error

After adding the merchandise into the cart and following all the instructions, when click "BUY NOW' button, we receive an error message 'GENERIC ERROR" I am sending a captured of the setting up of the "SENDING ORDER"
Please help us to fix this problem.

Hello.Try different PHP versions on hosting 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4.

As of now, I've tested your store at the URL you provided and it works without errors
Were you able to solve the issue already or did you simply remove a part of the configuration to get it to work?
