Check that the mp4 video is H.264 encoded

Danielle, the problem may simply be a bandwidth issue. Have you considered uploading your mp4 to youtube and simply linking to it?

I made nothing special than renaming the file. It is not good to have spaces and so in filenames.

I renamed it to: Wine_62078

And it functioned right away.

OH - I only tested on an Android - I have no Iphone. Sorry.
