the product key is requested during the installation of the software, have you already downloaded the setup file of WebsiteX5?

Yes I had downloaded the program from the e-mail I receive. But during installation I were never ask for a Product key.

you can try to do the following in this case:

• uninstall the software
• manually delete the folder C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Local\Incomedia\ ( where [yourusername] is your actual windows username ) ( assuming you are running windows 7 ) 
• manually delete the folder C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution
• install WebsiteX5 again
