Hi There

I had bought and download website X5 Ver 9, I did recieve a product key but see no place to enter my product key.

Please advice on were to isert my product key code.

the product key is requested during the installation of the software, have you already downloaded the setup file of WebsiteX5?

Hi There

Yes I had downloaded the program from the e-mail I receive. But during installation I were never ask for a Product key.

Hello Jaco,

you can try to do the following in this case:

uninstall the software
manually delete the folder C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Local\Incomedia\ ( where [yourusername] is your actual windows username ) ( assuming you are running windows 7 )
manually delete the folder C:\Program Files\WebSite X5 v9 - Evolution
install WebsiteX5 again
