Cannot install X5 2019.1

V2019.1 The license key you entered cannot be used to install this version
I just attempted to install "update" to WX5 v2019.1 and was informed my license key (as shown in my profile) cannot be used.

Help - now version 17 won't run so I can't edit my website.
Duncan, welcome to the club.
You can download v17 from your profile, if you then install it v17 should be reinstated and v2019 will be removed (I am about to try this myself for exactly the same reason).

Duncan, do as I said in the post above. I have now installed v17 and can continue to work until this issue is resolved.
Hello everyone.
We encountered an issue that could prevent certain installations to be completed successfully, and I would like to ask you to now try this again.
Let me know if by any chance you're able to install the update the standard way now

Yup Stefano - it works OK. But I am a little unhappy about the stability....
