I have bought website x5, recently, After watching multiple tutorials, I tried to create a website by selecting any template from availble free templates. But everytime when I try to select any free template and click on next. It tries to download template and then gives message "generic erro" or sometimes "it is not possible to complete the download". So practically I can't start any website project this time. Any help is appreciated.
