On the control panel the E-commerce part isnt showing up  en

As the title says that isnt showing up on the dashboard. I have current orders placed but I cant see what item they ordered via email. went into the dashboard and its not there. Not sure how to find out which item they ordered. PLEASE HELP NEED TO SHIP ASAP

Hello.As far as I know, in EVO there is no way to store data about orders in a database.All information about the order should be in a letter.

According to the help center there should be a tab saying orders on the dashboard.

Digital goods management: WebSite X5 Pro from version 13.1.

Automatic order processing: WebSite X5 Pro from version 17.".
