Password protected pages fail

Have developed a simple website that works fine until I try to protect a page. After I protect the page and upload the revised website, I get the attached failure message when I try to access the page.

Hello.Once again, double-check your actions according to this instruction. Check that you have PHP 7.4 on your server.

As far as my X5 settings etc, I have double-checked everything and all seems okay. How do I go about checking that my server has PHP 7.4? Wes
You can find out this in the admin panel of the site, in the control panel of your hosting or from your hosting provider.

Aha - that's the problem. My provider has recently been having problems with PHP 7.4 so, at least temporarily, have removed it. The latest version thery offer is 7.3.

Okay. I have changed to 7.3 and ikt is now working. Thanks for your help.
