Mandar, did you send you request for help thru https://www.webanimator.com/en/support.html or some other technique?

My copy of Webanimator initially failed also and would not work until "issues" necessitated that I do a clean install of Windows. Have you tried webanimator on any other PC?

Mandar, there seems to be little if any support for webanimator for the past many years. As I said, I had a similar problem and had to do a clean install of Windows before it would work. Can you install it on any other PC??
