My licence is active but I software says it isn't and won't update

Hi,
I haven't used X5 in a while. My licence key is valid untill 7th Dec but website and software says it has been expired for 24 months. Webiste says June 2021?? Have a look at the screenshots. Any way to resolve that? Thank you

According to the screenshot, the license runs until 7 Dec 2022.
12/07/2022 (Month/Day/Year) = Dec/07/2022 or 7 Dec 2022.

Yes. And that's absolutely correct. But when I log on here it says July 2022 and Software says it expired 24 months ago.
The moderators or an Incomedia employee have more info about the account, awaiting their response.

I think you are still using the license which did expire back in 2020, please reinstall the software and activate it using the license you find here: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/community/users/549368/licence
